Please allow up to 7 working days for your UK delivery. EU and US orders can take 2 weeks plus.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you paid for tracked shipping you will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation (if you have picked tracked delivery)

Once your order has been placed, please email us straight away with your order number to amend. We will contact you to let you know if this is possible.

At the minute we do not offer returns. We are convinced our products are described and photographed to standard and accuracy. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of items is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

In the event of an item arriving damaged or defective, please send us an e-mail with photos of the damaged item(s). We will refund any item arriving damaged - as we believe in packaging them securely.

Our candles are made with soy wax, vegan natural dyes, and essential oils like jasmine, neroli, and orange blossom. All ingredients are sustainably sourced from the UK for a product that’s as kind to the planet as it is to your home.

Our candles are made for decorative purposes. If you decide to burn them, please use a tray or a dish to catch the wax. Always burn within sight and keep away from things that can catch fire. Please do not leave your candle in direct sunlight.
