At the minute we do not offer returns. We are convinced our products are described and photographed to standard and accuracy. Please note that incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of items are to be covered by the customer if this occurs.

In the event of an item arriving damaged or defective, please send us an e-mail with photos of the damaged item(s). We will refund any item arriving damaged - as we believe in packaging them securely.
